Hack descriptions?

This may sound really silly, but I am having problems finding a description of the AW hacks, some have a thread that explains what the hack is about, many don't, what am I missing?

You're not really missing anything. The hacks sub-form is over here http://apocalypse-world.com/forums/index.php?board=4.0, as you probably know. How much or how little description they have is up to each hacker, really. If/When there are hacks that Vx brings forth directly, you'll be sure to hear about it. Does that answer your question?
