How Long for the Apocalypse?

Sorry, I know in the world of near-instant there can be lags, so I was curious I mucked myself or is it just not being patient.  

I ordered the book+pdf combo and paid via paypal, but afterwards I had to wander the forums to find out that I need to go to Forge Bookshelf and create an account to get my PDF.  

So I created an account = to the email account associated with my paypal account, but now when I look at those things under my authorization I do not see it as one I am authorized for, but instead AW now rests under Not Authorized Downloads - so I am guessing there is a lag, but is it a service lag or does the payment need to be unlocked by a human so as to allow both the DL and the Book to be processed?

Thanks, very excited to get into this game.

Edit - Time is 3.5 hours, so I am guessing either slow server or human intervention, but thank you to whom (or what) ever processed it through.
