the final PDFs
« on: July 12, 2010, 01:17:23 AM »
The final PDFs are at the Forge Bookshelf now. Go redownload!

They include a 1-page-per-page version, a spreads version, and a printer-nonviolent spreads version with only the smallest images left in.

They don't include the cover yet. (None of you want to print it out anyway, it'll use up $14 worth of ink.) I'll add the cover later in the month, and announce it here when I do.

Final book PDFs! Hooray!

Sweet!
Any chance of a summary of the significant rules-type changes from the preapocalypse version?  Are there any?

There might be one or two insignificant rules-type changes, I don't remember, but there aren't any significant ones. It's all typo corrections, layout, various prettifications.

It may be too late now, but from the very first paragraph:

"From this, the world's psychic maelstrom, we none of us have shelter."

Might want to delete that "we".

That "we" is crucial to the sentence!

Get used to it, you'll find more like it.

Cool. I'd made that line for authorial voice/implied setting rather than a typo. Glad it's unchanged.

Oh, yeah, I love that we and Michael hates it. Just a flavor thing.
A player of mine playing a gunlugger - "So now that I took infinite knives, I'm setting up a knife store." Me - "....what?" Him - "Yeah, I figure with no overhead, I'm gonna make a pretty nice profit." Me - "......"

You're right. I can't stand it. I'm gonna white it out in my copy. ;)

Final PDFs.

Man. So exciting!

Congrats, Vincent.

If Meg ships my copy of the book before she ships John's, she can mark experience.
